What is an HOA?

When do I have to submit an ARC Form?

The Architectural Review Application needs to be submitted before any external construction or changes are made to your residence. Some examples include painting, roof repair, structure modifications, additions such as sheds, pools, concrete pads, etc.

How can I participate in Board Meetings?

On the scheduled date, dial in or join the Zoom meeting. Information is published above, emailed, and posted in two locations around the community on notice boards.

How can I make external modifications if living in a Townhouse?

The entire building must match. This means that roofs, paint, trim, and other modifications to the external walls must be identical. We encourage residents to talk to their neighbors and agree on repairs needed, such as shingles, paint color, etc., and then individually submit ARC Forms for the modification or repair.

I received a Compliance letter, what do I do next?

Please review carefully it’s content, then proceed to contact the Association Manager, Bill McGann, with your response on how you plan to handle the Violation.
